25KS AIR BREATHING COUPLINGS
TECHNICAL
The 25 KS coupling is based on the technology
used in the 525 pneumatic coupling, however, it
also uses an additional safety locking system. To
disconnect, the plug must first be pushed further
into the coupling before it can be unlocked. The
safety lock prevents unintentional disconnection
ADVANTAGES
Quality coupling with small dimensions. Safety
locking system, disconnection is only possible after
the plug is pushed in. Has a multitude of connecting
possibilities. High flow rates due to the ULTRAFLO
valve.

APPLICATIONS
Breathing air, ring circuit system, lifting bas,
weld and cut engineering, diving equipment
WORKING TEMPERATURE
-20°C up to +100°C (Buna N)
-40°C up to +120/150°C (EPDM)
-15°C up to +200°C (Viton*)
0°C up to +316°C (Kalrez*)
depending on the medium.
WORKING PRESSURE
PB = 35 bar (Brass)
PB = 70 bar (with steel body and steel seal),
maximum static working pressure with safety
factor of 4 to 1.
